- Energy and gas disputes: contractual relationships between distributors, sellers and end customers, and reconstruction of responsibilities.
He is the sole-mandate legal counsel (monomandatario) of Valor SPV S.p.A. and of the Nexsus Fund, as stated in the TRL professional presentation.
Education and international background
He graduated in Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, with a thesis in industrial law on well-known names and their commercial use. He also obtained a law degree in Spain and is registered with the Bar Associations of Rome and Madrid. His background includes an Erasmus experience in Germany, in Mainz and Frankfurt.
He has furthered his studies in insurance law with a master's programme sponsored by the Generali Group, in forensic sciences at the University of Rome La Sapienza, and in credit management at Meta Academy.
Method and experience
Study of the sector, the counterparties and the documents comes before the definition of the strategy. Dialogue, negotiation and the soundness of the legal elements guide the work. Alongside his legal practice, he has experience in setting up and managing fitness centres in Rome and serves as director of TRL Consulting, which is based in Bulgaria.
